TOUCHDOWN FOR DOWN SYNDROME

Please help DSAF raise funds this football season

What to do?

Step 1:  Click HERE to download the grid to create a Super Bowl spreadsheet.

Step 2: Across the top, fill in the American team name and to the left, the opposing National team name.

Step 3: Ask for a “donation” for each box for the amount you choose ($1 to $100 per box or more).  As you collect donations, record the person’s name and number in the box or boxes of their choice.

Step 4: Once the squares have been filled, the columns on the left and the rows on the top are assigned random numbers 0 through 9.  You can then contact the people that bought a box to tell them their numbers.

Step 5: The numbers beside each team name represent the last digit in the score for that team.  For example, if the score were 14 Giants, 3 Jets, the player who’s name is in the square under the “4” of the NFC and “3” of the AFC would win.

Step 6: Of the total donations collected, half will go toward prizes to be awarded and half will be donated to the Down Syndrome Advocacy Foundation (all donations to DSAF are tax deductible).  Of the half designated for prizes, you choose the amounts to be awarded for the 1st Quarter, Half Time, 3rd Quarter and Final Score.  Traditionally the amounts for the 1st and 3rd quarter are the same, more for half time, and the most for the final score.

Step 7: Watch the game with your family and friends.  Good luck to all!

Step 8: Mail check to DSAF, P.O. Box 12173, Hauppauge, NY  11788 or call 516-983-7008 and an officer of DSAF will gladly pick up the donation.
