LOTS OF SOCKS & DRESS DOWN FOR WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY

Down Syndrome International has officially designated this special day, 3/21, to signify the third copy of the 21st chromosome. Please join us in wearing “Lots of Socks” to raise awareness and create conversation about diversity, uniqueness, inclusion and acceptance. The idea behind “Lots of Socks” is that all types, shapes and sizes of the same thing can be unique in their own way yet do similar things!

You can also choose to “Dress Down”. Whatever you choose to celebrate this significant day and help support DSAF is good with us!

The Down Syndrome Advocacy Foundation (DSAF) is a not-for-profit organization [501(c) (3)] founded by a group of individuals who have children or family members with Down syndrome, dedicated to ensuring that individuals with Down syndrome have equal access to schools, leisure activities, employment, and housing.

We are in need of sponsors for this exciting day.

Schools and Businesses are welcomed to participate.

If March 21st is not a convenient date, any day to dress down to raise awareness for Down syndrome would be greatly appreciated.

For as little as $2 per adult and $1 per child you can make a difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
